Celebration of Womanhood’ is the theme of the depiction in this short film. In the Shakti peeth of Kamrupa, Assam ‘Kamakhya Devi’ is worshipped as a representative of cosmic force, who creates, annihilates and recreates the Universe. An attempt is made to deconstruct the power paradigm and raise the traditionally subjugated women to the pedestal of divinity, where she enjoys the ecstatic bliss of fulfillment for being complete all by herself.
